Why Hasn't Canada Eliminated Child Poverty?

After twenty years we still have the scourge of child poverty in Canada.... why?

We live in one of the richest, resourced countries in the world... but still have child poverty ...why?

Politicians say they wish to end child poverty.. but they don't.... why?
